David L. Brown is a retired member of the United States Army and a graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus (European Division). But beyond credentials, he is a man shaped by faith, discipline, and a deep conviction that prayer still changes lives.

For decades, he has witnessed firsthand how life’s storms test families, leaders, churches, and individuals alike.
